Our Biomass-Fueled Power Plant

The VIP 10-40 Combined Heat and Power unit is robust and reliable, providing on-demand power and hot water for producing value-added products and improving living conditions in rural communities. VIP’s carbon neutral generator is fuel flexible, using crop waste such as maize cobs, coffee parchment, mango pits, and bagasse to supply thermal, electric, and mechanical power. The VIP 10-40 CHP Plant is ideal for tea estates and large-scale food processors who wish to provide on-demand electricity and hot water for workers in remote areas that cannot be easily connected to the grid. It can also be used for a wide variety of industrial applications, such as powering the VIP Speedy-Dry Food Dehydrator.

The VIP 10-40 CHP Plant is currently available in East Africa and India.
